A Great Wolf Lodge Birthday Weekend

Our best friends Kristin and her son Zachary invited Jackson and I to the Great Wolf Lodge to celebrate Zachary's 4th birthday. Fun doesn't even seem to describe the time we had...Jackson is still 'howling', not to mention watching the Lodge's promo videos online. Here is a whirl wind wrap up of our overnight stay...Enjoy!

First Stop...Build a Wolf.  Here's is Whiteout the Wolf.

Next...make a wish, and put in inside.

Checking out the Lodge "Pack" of characters...

Any time you eat, the kids receive wolf ears, and tails!  J loved his ears!!

J giving us his howl...

Time for birthday presents...Zach's Nana was sweet enough to get Jackson a little something to open too!!!

We got Z a cool spyglass...

The boys finding planes with the spyglass....

After dinner....time to trick or treat around the hotel...the boys loved it!!

One of our stops...

After trick or treating...time for cake!  The boys loved it, and passed out for the night not long after showers...
The next morning...Breakfast with the Characters!  Here is the wolf member getting us ready for Oliver, Wylie, and Violet!  Stomp, Stomp, clap, clap, Howl!

Love the plates...

Here's Wylie....J not too sure, but he quickly warmed up.

Breakfast was so much fun!

After breakfast we hit the waterpark.  I didn't snap any pics, but the boys loved it!  Imagine 2 indoor Hawaiian Falls Parks, with way more slides....it was Awesome!!!  Thanks Kristin and Zachary for a wonderful weekend!

Highlights from Grandma's Visit...

Here are the big highlights from Grandma's visit last week...
Jackson's 1st trip to the Ft. Worth Museum....Love the 3 generation pictures!
Counting each step...
We really should not have started our visit here...Jackson didn't want to leave.

Looks like our next house need a train track like this...
Those two....Love them!
I have to say, I liked it!!!  If you haven't been throught it, go check it out.
Jackson sliding down (I believe) a tongue...

Something to jump off of, and wheels to turn...BONUS!
Like father, like son...had to touch every color.

Thanks to Uncle Mark, and Aunt Jen Jen, we were not only able to see the circus, but see it in the suite and the AAC.  Maren took two of her friends, and all the kids (including me) had a blast!
National Anthem

Love the Elephants...
Ta Da!!!  What a fun show.  I know Jackson sure loved his first Circus!
