2 Month Photo Shoot

Baby Jackson is 2 months old....I can't believe it. He has changed so much, and developing his own personality. His smile melts my heart, and he is such a flirt. Right now he is starting to notice objects and faces more clearly, and loves to look at the ceiling fans. I love this little boy so much!!!

This past Friday we headed out to my sister's house for his 2 month photo shoot. Here are some of the outdoor pics Jennifer shot. Take a look at his baby blues....

Wow!....1 Month Old!

I can't believe Jackson is already a month old!! He is such a good baby, and changing on a daily basis. Here are his 'month old' stats...

• Right now he weighs 8lbs. 14 oz (1lb. gain since birth)
• He sleeps 2-3 hours during the day, and anywhere from 4-5 hours at night.
• LOVES is bouncy chair...(thanks Nana!!)
• He is starting to hold is head up and look around.....He's so alert!

Here are a few pictures of Jackson, with the most recent first. This was taken yesterday in our new recliner. He totally looks like Matthew!!! (Why did it take us so long to get one....LOVE our recliner!!)

Yesterday we ventured out as a family to my sister's for the 4th. Jackson slept most of the time we were there. No one really got to hold him....I guess Maren's bed was super cozy.

2 Weeks Old

I can't believe Jackson is 2 weeks old....on his due date no less. So much has happened since we've been home, so many changes. I know every mother says this, but I do have the best child. Right now he goes 3 hours between feedings, and sleeps anywhere from 3 to 4 hours at a time! He is becoming more alert...looking around, and recognizing our voices. I love our little family!!!

This week my sister, along with some of my girlfriends have come by for a visit and have brought either lunch or dinner for us. I am so thankful to have friends like them in my life....they mean so much. My sister decided to have a photo shoot with baby J, and here are a couple of the end results....he's already so photogenic!

Introducing...Jackson Thomas Milliorn

After a surprising visit to my doctor's office Thursday, I was admitted at 1pm due to my high blood pressure. I was induced around 2pm, my contractions started, and the process had begun. Fast forward 14 hours, I started pushing....and pushing....and pushing...for an 1 hour 1/2!!!!!!! Long Story short....I had Jackson Thomas via C-section June 4, 2010 at 5:34 am. Here are just a few pics. I am in the process of downloading more, but wanted to introduce our baby. Stats...

Our Published Debut!!

Baby J's Room

After what seems like forever, our baby's room is complete....well almost. Now we have to find curtins, things to hang on the walls, replace door handles, and patiently wait for his bedding to arrive. Hopefully, his bedding will be here in the next few weeks...fingers crossed!!

Here is his dresser/changing table that I love, and piles of clothes ready to be washed. Above is a picture of Expy as a puppy we thought would be a cute addition to the room. Don't you love the diaper cake? Thanks Hannah...too cute!!

His crib...no bedding. The colors in the rug are two of the three colors in his bedding.

29 1/2 weeks....and Under Construction

Reality is setting in!!!



I know its been a month since I posted, but our house has exploded with projects, and baby furniture. I know your wondering..."Trinli, where are the pictures?" Well, here's the thing...Matthew has once again updated our computer, and the camera software has not been installed. I know your asking yourself... "Well, why can't you install it?" I can, but I'm not sure how to get the pictures off the camera. So, that's why my house and blog are 'under construction.' I promise my next post will be a big one filled with lots of pictures of our progress!!
